Thank you for your interest in the Knowledge Network for Applied Education Research (KNAER) and its four thematic knowledge networks. Launched in 2010, KNAER is the first large-scale government funded initiative focused solely on mobilizing evidence within the Ontario education system to increase the identification, sharing, adaptation and implementation of evidence informed educational practices. From 2010 to 2014 KNAER funded and supported 44 knowledge mobilization projects across the province and produced an incredible number of knowledge mobilization resources (many of which are included in the KNAER Knowledge Hub). Building on the successes of Phase 1 yet evolving towards a systems approach to knowledge mobilization, KNAER Phase II (2016 to 2020), is establishing four research-to-practice networks focused on working in partnership across the province to mobilize knowledge in four priority areas:
